Open to everyone — not just golfers or club members — Pebbles invites all to enjoy the delights crafted by Executive Chef Sailesh Vala in its contemporary dining room.

Chef Sailesh draws inspiration from seasonal, local, and sustainable produce, including freshly picked herbs and vegetables from Moonah Links’ kitchen garden. In addition to sourcing the highest quality ingredients, he showcases local native plants such as Saltbush, Lemon Myrtle, and Warrigal Greens throughout Pebbles’ diverse menu, paying homage to the natural bounty of the region.

Pebbles also proudly features the best cool-climate, award-winning wines the Peninsula has to offer, with selections from local vineyards like Paringa Estate, Kerri Greens, and Foxeys Hangout. Or, indulge in our exciting cocktail menu — the perfect way to enjoy a pre-dinner aperitif.

With superb views over the Open Course and the scattered Moonah trees, there’s no better place to enjoy a drink than at the Spike Bar, where the extensive beverage list is sure to impress even the most discerning connoisseurs.

The Spike Bar also features a relaxed menu with a variety of delicious dishes to satisfy every guest. Whether you’re unwinding after a game of golf or stepping out of our luxury accommodation, it’s the perfect spot to grab a casual bite to eat.
