Dromana to Sorrento <\/strong><\/p>\nIf you're up for four hours of sight-seeing, shopping and leisure, the coastal trail leading from Dromana to Sorrento provides a perfect day out for the whole family. McCrae Lighthouse offers a nice picnic and play area, while Coleman Park is located near Kings Waterfall and Drum Drum Creek. <\/p>\n
Once you reach Sorrento, you'll be at the arm of Mornington Peninsula, providing a beautiful view of the sea and some of the oldest houses of the region. If you're planning to begin this 17 kilometre (km) trek in the afternoon, you may catch a sunset you'll never forget. <\/p>\n

Red Hill is full of woodland sights and sounds. <\/i><\/p>\n<\/div>\n
2. Red Hill Rail Trail <\/strong><\/p>\nThis path is for all who like to cycle in among tall trees and dense scrub. It begins on the north end of Station Ground Recreation Reserve, and leads riders on a modest climb for about 2 km, providing cyclists with views of Western Port. <\/p>\n
Once you turn left at Tonkins Rd, you'll begin an easy descent into Red Hill, bringing you through a pine grove that is spotted with colourful fungi during the autumn. Once you emerge through this portion of the trial, you'll eventually be brought to Point Leo Road, where an array of shops await your patronage.
