When you go on holiday to Victoria<\/a>, there’s always talk about how to get to where. There’s such emphasis on knowing the appropriate directions to each destination at all times, it’s easy to forget the fun in simply being lost.<\/p>\n

If you’re looking for something to do on the Mornington Peninsula<\/a>, try losing yourself in one of its excellent maze attractions. Here are the top three.<\/p>\n

Enchanted Adventure Garden<\/strong><\/p>\n

Finally, around 15 minutes from Moonah Links is one of the most exciting attractions on the Mornington Peninsula, Enchanted Adventure. With that kind of name, you already know the quality of fun you can expect here.<\/span><\/p>\n

There are four hedge mazes to choose from, one of which has a Japanese garden at its heart, and another with interactive areas throughout. You could also try the mind-boggling brainteaser puzzles, each one offering a mental challenge to test even the most clever adventurers.<\/span><\/p>\n

Before you go, however, make sure to stop by their array of other adventure activities including the Tube Slides, themed gardens playgrounds & sculpture boardwalks. With 25-acres of activities and fun to explore, you can spend the whole day here for maximum family fun.<\/span><\/p>\n

Ashcombe Maze and Lavender Garden<\/strong><\/p>\n

What better way to change the scenery a bit from championship Victoria golf courses than hedge bushes, roses and the sweet perfume of lavender? Ashcombe Maze and Lavender Garden is just over 20 minutes from Moonah Links Resort and stands as the country’s oldest traditional hedge maze.<\/p>\n

With bushes reaching a height of three metres, the Hedge Maze is Ashcombe’s main attraction, having been planted over 40 years ago. The challenge is to find the four flags hidden throughout, winding through narrow and unusual pathways. You could also try the circular Rose Maze or the soothing Lavender Garden, featuring over 4,000 lavender plants.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Boneo Maze and Mini Golf<\/strong><\/p>\n

Almost next to Moonah Links Resort, within easy cycling distance, is Boneo Maze and Mini Golf. This spectacular garden and wetland area was hand-built over 10 years. Its gardens and boardwalk areas are home to a plethora of wildlife, including skinks, wallabies and echidnas.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The largest of its hedge mazes is over two metres high and designed in an elegant geometric pattern, making for a great photographic opportunity. If you can weave your way to the centre then you win a raised panoramic view from a tower.
