Open to all, Pebbles welcomes you to enjoy a seasonal menu crafted by Executive Chef Sailesh Vala. Drawing inspiration from the local landscape, Chef Sailesh champions sustainable, regional produce and hand-picked herbs and vegetables from our on-site kitchen garden.
Complementing the dining experience is a thoughtfully curated wine list, showcasing the best of the Peninsula’s cool-climate varietals from standout local wineries including Paringa Estate, Kerri Greens, and Foxeys Hangout.
