2. Storm in a Teacup

July 24 – September 27

From July to September, the Storm in a Teacup exhibition will provide an interesting look at one of Australia's favourite pastimes: drinking tea.

This special collection at the Mornington Peninsula Regional Gallery (MPRG) presents the picturesque side of the beloved afternoon tea with paintings and other works. However, the exhibition isn't all fun and no reflection. It also takes a look at some more serious topics, such as the effect tea drinking has on the environment and the more darker role it played in colonialism.
